Happy Spring!

Every year, Garfield Park Conservatory (Indianapolis Indiana) kicks off the beginning of spring with their spring flower show. I make it a priority to attend annually since spring is my favorite season. In celebration of the first day of spring, I selected an image made at one of the past shows. The display was confined to one large room and the density of color was an amazing sight to behold! Tulips of all varieties made up the bulk of this display, but crocus, hyacinth, daffodils and lilies also made an appearance. I was having difficulty capturing the centerpiece of show in one frame this particular year, and so I made 3 consecutive overlapping images with my Canon G6 point and shoot camera. I later stitched them together to capture the sea of colorful blooms in one frame seen here.
